One of our engineers will visit your home to discuss your issues with you and then perform a comprehensive wireless survey of your property.
Our consultations take around an hour and will pinpoint the exact cause of the problems you’ve been experiencing. From there, we can recommend the best course of action to resolve it. This may involve changing settings, trying some different equipment or suggesting that you contact your broadband provider if the fault is on their side.

Sam came for the initial consultation and suggested installing a cable to the office and additional equipment for inside the house.
Since this work has been done the internet has been working absolutely fine and no issues whatsoever.
